Refund and cancellation policy
Customer cancellations: 24+ hours before the slot: 100% refund minus 3% handling charge; 12 to under 24 hours: 50% refund minus 3% handling charge; less than 12 hours or after the start: no standard refund. Venue failures and payment errors are handled separately under the full policy.
